- It applies to all users, including marketers, administrators, and developers.
- Sephno uses SMS only to provide clients information in regard to assisting them with there helpdesk ticket.
2.   Message Content 
- Messages must be relevant, concise, and non-spammy. 
- Avoid misleading or deceptive content. 
- Include opt-out instructions in every message. 
3.   Consent and Privacy 
- Obtain explicit consent from recipients before sending SMS messages. 
- Handle personal data securely and in compliance with privacy laws.

1.   Sell any user data 
2.   Exchange any user data  
3.   Or Provide any user data to 3rd parties to be sold 
4.   Frequency and Timing 
- Limit the frequency of messages to avoid annoyance. 
- Respect local time zones when scheduling messages. 
5.   Compliance with Laws 
- Sephno will follow all applicable laws and regulations related to SMS marketing. 
- Be aware of TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and CAN-SPAM Act requirements. 
- Sephno is registered under Zooms SMS Campaign Structure  
6.   Monitoring and Reporting 
- Address any issues promptly. 
7.   Penalties for Violations 
- Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or legal consequences.
